Tax Foreclosure Sale: Tax foreclosure sales are scheduled periodically. Click the button above for more information or to register for email notification of the next sale. The properties currently listed for the 2008 tax foreclosure sale are available now. The list of properties is subject to change until the time of the sale. The sale is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. August 18, 2008.
TAXES DUE: Taxes may be paid during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. weekdays) in the Treasurer's Office at the Courthouse.
DRIVER'S LICENSE CHANGES: Effective January 1, 2006, the Motor Vehicle Department in the Linn County Courthouse can no longer process any type of transaction for CDL licenses. All CDL transactions will need to be done at a full-service driver's license station, such as the one in Fort Scott.
