Taxes may be paid
during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. weekdays) in the Treasurer's Office at the Courthouse.
Online Tax Payments DRIVER'S LICENSE CHANGES: Effective January 1, 2006, the Motor Vehicle Department in the Linn County Courthouse can no longer process any type of transaction for CDL licenses. All CDL transactions will need to be done at a full-service driver's license station, such as the one in Fort Scott.
