Visit the Mid-America Nutrition Program web site for information and menus.

A well balanced nutritious meal is important to good health. The nutrition program has two options to serve one hot meal a day, five (5) days per week, to senior citizens over 60 years old.

Reservations are taken at the meal sites. Please call at least one day prior to attending.

Meals are served at varying times at the sites, from 11:30AM to Noon, Monday through Friday.

Meals meet 1/3 of the Daily Adult Nutritional Requirement.

For special diet needs, please call Mid-America Nutrition at (800) 223-6325.

There is an expected donation of $3.00 per meal. (The donation helps cover costs of meals.) Full-cost meals (for non-seniors) are available for $5.75 per meal.

The Meals-on-Wheels program is available for qualified home-bound persons over the age of 60. Meals are available on a temporary or permanent basis. Frozen meals are available. For information about Meals-on-Wheels, please call (800) 223-6325

Nutrition sites promote good nutrition and socialization. Activities available at the sites are bingo, puzzles, music groups, cards, blood pressure checks, exercise videos and various information about other supportive services available to senior citizens.
